In Pakistan a women was executed and given the death sentence over the blasphemy of islam. In predominantly Islamic countries when someone speaks down of the religion especially if they are christians are usually persecuted. This women was imprisoned for about 8 years waiting for her sentence to be executed but hasn't yet, the islamic rulers of the country got so offended by this women they threatened to kill the judges of the Supreme Court if they didn't vote or judge to get her executed. Another factor of this there are many revolts and protest by hard line islamists to get her executed and have threatened to destroy other parts of the country and kill others. "The Pakistani government has now been accused of caving in to these hardline Islamists by agreeing to stop Asia Bibi and her family from leaving the country following her acquittal for blasphemy.

Under the terms of the deal made on Friday night, Prime Minister Imran Khan’s administration said it would begin legal proceedings to place Asia Bibi on the “exit control list” (ECL)." they also threatened to kill the rest of her family so they are trying to get them to escape the country.
