They believe this is a group or organization that kidnapped Meng because not that he has been missing since September 25 his wife is also getting threats from people she doesn't know. The main reason and capturing of Meng was to use him as leverage "When Meng was named Interpol's president, human rights groups expressed concern that Beijing might try to leverage his position to pursue dissidents abroad. Beijing has in the past pressed countries to arrest and deport to China citizens it accuses of crimes, from corruption to terrorism."
