I read an article about will President Trump's withdraw from nuclear treaty spark an arms race or Russian compliance. The article was written by NBC News. NBC is the National Broadcasting company and was founded in 1926 making it Americas oldest broadcasting company. NBC was founded by David Sarnoff. NBC News is slightly liberal. Over the weekend President Donald Trump withdrew the United States out of a nuclear agreement with Russia made between former President Ronald Raegan and Russia. The agreement was designed to keep ground based missiles out of Europe. Trump said Russia has been violating the agreement for years. Former President Obama also accused Russia of breaking the agreement. However Russia also accused the United States of breaking the agreement. I think the author does a good job of providing the whole story and not just certain details. Even though NBC is known to be slightly more liberal they did not show any bias when talking about Trump. The article had nice visual aids such as a detailed video and a couple pictures. In my opinion I think that pulling out of the trade is probably a bad idea. Although Russia was violating the agreement it still limited Russia some. Now that there is no agreement we have no ways to control them. However President Trump may have something else planned.

The article I choose was posted by NBC news which is directed by Noah Oppenheim. On the NBC news website their claim to their audience is that they intend to satisfy all audiences. Although, I believe that while reading their article they have a drive towards supporting environmental awareness. The tone in the article felt as if they were almost agreeing with the lawyers and other people behind the movement of wanting cigarette butts banned. In the article "Plastic Straw ban?
