This article talk about a federal government give a case of deportation on a man call Villavicencio, he was was detail by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) while working on his jobs as pizza   man.  Villanvicecio was arrest while giving a pizza to the army base,he was arrest because he didn’t have identification . The Legal Aid Society, want to help him find legal residence so he won't be deported. Villanvicecio was able to win the case against the United State government.  The judge give grant him legal status  and order federal government to not deport him. 

This article want give attention to Villanvicecio to help the viewers to understand the situation with what is going.
