Assessment of news source: The article i found was from our very own CNN(Cable News Network). CNN news are based is American based and they also have their own television channel. CNN headquarters is in Atlanta, GA. They were founded in 1980 by Ted Turner. Ted Turner first starte off with a 24-hour cable news channel. CNN won the national Peabody Award for the year 2017,2016, and 2014. They were also awarded Shorty Industry "Best In News" for 2013 and 2012.

Summary: The article is about another natural distaster. After what happen with Japan recently, Mothernature can't ever give them a break. Astronauts on the ISS(Internation Space Station) has captured images of a category five Super Typhoon Trami heading towards Japan and Taiwan. Forecasts predict that the typhoon will affect northern and central Taiwan and Japan's Ryukyu Islands as well. However, this is still unclear. CNN's meteorologist Tom Sater said the storm has stalled, but meterologist will wait to see where the progression goes.

Analysis: The article main purpose is to inform and warn the audience that a natural distaster will be coming soon. The article uses many ways to help inform the audience to get a better understanding, such as photos of the image from ISS and rough estimate on the map showing where the typhoon will be headed. I believe the article did a great job at accomplishing it goal and very much did achieved it. As looking through the comments, it seems as if people are freaking out. So, CNN did achieve their goal of informing the audience and warning them.

Opinion: In my opinion, I feel like the government should put more of our funding towards ISS. Information like this not just interesting, but can also benefit us in the future. Information about our world and univerise can be very helpful and warn us about what to watch out for. As we all seen, Natural distasters is not something we can just overlook. Information like this keeps us one step ahead of natural distaster.
