Assessment: Fox 5, also known as WAGA-TV, is the tv station licensed to Atlanta, Ga. They first started in March 8, 1949. In the beginning the tv station was owned by a Toledo, Ohio company and they also owned the Atlanta radio company. Fox 5, or channel 5, is the second oldest tv station in Atlanta. In 1993 fox outbid CBS for the footballs television package, making them have more views.
Summary: A clayton county sheriff arrested a man after being involved in a high speed chase. They originally tried to talking to the man because the car had stopped. But when the officer got out the car and started walking toward the vehicle the driving started driving towards the officer, intending to hit him. After the man had left the scene officers weren’t able to catch up to him and arrest him until the suspect was added to the top ten most wanted list. Considering him armed and dangerous.
Analysis: The goal or purpose of this article is to inform others to be more aware of their surroundings. There are a lot of people dangerous people out there and you must be careful by any means necessary. That includes officers too. If the suspect didn’t have a problem trying to run over one officer then he wouldn’t have a problem doing it again.

Opinion:  I’ve never understood the true purpose of having hate towards every single police officer. I understand why there’s hate towards some. But every police officer isn’t the same. None of them has the same goals or mindsets. We can’t blame them all for what others have done. The officer walking towards the car was just doing his job. He didn’t do anything out of the ordinary but the suspect still decided for some reason to try to run him over and potentially end his life.

The article I choose was posted by NBC news which is directed by Noah Oppenheim. On the NBC news website their claim to their audience is that they intend to satisfy all audiences. Although, I believe that while reading their article they have a drive towards supporting environmental awareness.
