Assesment of News Source
The article was written by Kaya Yurieef, an Associate writer who gradutated from George Washington's School of Meadia and Public Affairs. This associate writer published the article about Apple on CNN's platform. Cables News Network,CNN, is a Winited States cable telivision new channel and a subsidiary of AT&T's Warner Media. Known to be controversal over the past few years, CNN is a bit more biased towards the democratic party.

Summary of Article
This article was about the concerns that Apple users/customers have that Apple is listening in our their personal conversations through Siri on the phone. When Apple was asked if they do listen in through Siri, they answered with a confident "No". They strongly believe tht privacy is a fundamental human right and that they would never intrude in on that right. Even though Apple confidently answers these concerning questions, the article suggests that concerns for this topic of privacy should continue for customers who use any smart phone device.

Analysis
The article does a great job not only reporting on what Apple says on the concerns of Siri but also gets the prespective from security experts who support Apple's claim that they respect privacy and are indeed not listening in on conversations or collecting and storing any conversations. But the article does end off with a quote still supporting customers having concern for their privacy. With CNN being known for being Democratic, it is not a surprise that this quote comes from the Vice President of policy at the Center for Democracy & Technology.

Opinion
My opinion for the concerns of privacy from people listening in on our conversations through our phone is actually split on both sides. I personally do believe that Apple does listen in on conversations and even stores our conversations that we may have with Siri. I believe the reason they do this, however, is not to invade our privacy but rather to gain information of customer intrests for their products on different ways to improve them, I believe that they only use the conversations to make their products more competetive to other companies because they are satisfying their customers. I do not believe that they store all of our conversations that do not correlate with Apple because they necessarly do not have any use for them. I believe the concerns customers are having a reasonable which is why I believe that Apple should create a Policy that directly says that they are collecting data to get an insight on what customers may want to see in new products or improvements in old ones. They should also give an option within this Policy to decline the access of listening in on conversations if customers do not feel comfortable with Apple listening in on them.
